This website is run by Advantrix Consulting LLP, based in Noida, India. This note explains what personal information we collect through the website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, work email, phone number, title, company name and your message.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to send, including your CV if you apply for a role.
When you visit: basic technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you open. We use it to keep the site running and to understand how it is used.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a call or a product demo, and to consider your application if you have applied for a role.
We keep a record of our dealings with you. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or application, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email solutions@advantrix.in and we will act on your request.
Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation may give you further rights.
Our products and client work
This note covers this website only. Information handled inside our products, or during our work for a client, is governed by our agreement with that client.
Changes to this note
If we change this note, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
